JONATHAN MARTINEZ

Jonathan Martinez is a Construction Manager at TCG, where he manages all phases of development, including planning/design, permitting, procurement/contracting, execution, monitoring/controlling, and closeout phases of TCG’s portfolio. As a licensed general contractor with the State of California, Jonathan has extensive construction experience across residential and commercial projects. Coming to TCG, Jonathan was previously an executive at GCE Construction, which specialized in high-end residential remodels. Prior to that, Jonathan was a Project Engineer with Nibbi Brothers and Turner Construction where Jonathan managed commercial ground-up construction projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. Jonathan’s leadership is not only focused on the success of a project, but also in leading team members to develop valuable relationships with communities. Jonathan received his B.S in Civil Engineering at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
