Maybelline Luz an Asset Manager at TCG where she is responsible for the supervision of TCG portfolio properties located in the East Bay on their day- to- day operations, assists the on-site staff with marketing/leasing, and ensures that the properties are performing at their optimal level. Maybelline has over 16 years of experience in the property management industry. Prior to joining Tesseract Capital Group, she was a Regional Manager with Apartment Management Consultants, LLC. Maybelline oversaw the operations of properties and reported to individual owners and/or asset managers on each asset’s performance and progress. Maybelline ensured and managed the integrity of each physical asset while maximizing returns from the asset in accordance with both the company and owner’s goals. In addition, she was responsible for hiring, training, employee development, and ensuring all employees received complete and fair performance review.
