Neil Solanki is joining TCG as a Real Estate Analyst where he will be assisting in acquisition and asset management efforts to grow and optimize TCG’s portfolio. Prior to TCG, Neil was an Acquisitions Analyst at Cooper Street Capital, a boutique real estate private equity firm focused on value-add multifamily properties across the US. Neil helped with the acquisition of 14 properties during his time at Cooper Street Capital. Neil graduated from the Paul Merage School of Business at UC Irvine with a B.A. in Business Administration.
